Orders from the webshop will be shipped as soon as possible – this depends a bit on how busy it is. We strive to send your package by post within 10 working days after we received your order. Are you in a bit of a hurry with the order because it is, for example, a gift? Mention it in the comments with your order and contact us by e-mail just to be sure, and we’ll see what we can do (firstname.lastname@example.org or 06-49 500 094).
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation from Mollie in your mailbox. Did you not receive this? Please check your spam box and otherwise contact us (email@example.com).
The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the quantity and type of products. You will find this in the ordering process.
Are you not satisfied with your product? You may revise the purchase within 14 days of purchase (more details: terms and conditions). Have you not used the product yet and has it been handled with care and undamaged? Then send it back in the supplied (or similar) packaging to:

Unfortunately, we cannot bear the costs for return shipment. If the return has been received at our studio and everything is in order, you will receive your money back as soon as possible (within 10 working days).
Wrong shipping address entered?
That can happen. In that case, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. In some cases we can still change the address before it is processed. As soon as your order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, the package will be returned. Then we will contact you. It is possible that we will charge you the costs for resending.
Change or cancel order?
We cannot guarantee that we can still adjust or cancel the order after you have placed the order online. In the event of a change or cancellation, please send an email to email@example.com.
